Faecherchor Karlsruhe is a multicultural, volunteer-driven German-Ukrainian choir. Its previous website had outdated navigation, unclear information hierarchy, and inconsistent UX writing. New potential members struggled to understand how to join, concert visitors couldn't find upcoming events, and donors lacked transparency about supporting the choir.

I led a UX redesign to restructure the information architecture, improve clarity, and support different stakeholder needs — from choir members and newcomers to sponsors and press.
